Refund policy

If you have chosen the wrong size, you have 15 days since the garment arrives to exchange it for another size. The item must be in perfect condition. The client will pay both shipments (we cover it if we sent the wrong size or there's a factory defect). We don't make cash refunds — if you don't want the garment we offer a gift card with the same value. To request an exchange, email info@youngcreativedivision.com with your order number and the size you want.
